  off topic abit...my timezone gold card only can be used at north point outlet but the previous card frm which i upgraded to can be used at every outlet...why ah?can change back to the multi outlet function?

  Haha I've recently visited the Vivo City. The place is VERY BIG and it attract many shoppers!
  
  The Negative part: Massive Jam along the Keppel Rd stretch leading to the Harbourfront (stuck in the jam for 30 mins).

  Is the water at the sky garden meant for people to put their feets in??
  
  Or for children to play and somewhat bathe in?
  
  What exactly is the purpose of the water?
  
  And one more thing, there's this high steps like those in stadiums or seats for outdoor stages; I wonder why they hae them at the sky-garden?

  From Sentosa see vivocity nice? i heard very nice scenery from TNP. what times nice huh? vivo the lights at the outside they got off or not when very late at night
  
  *Ok i just went there last night nothing to see and do. TNP even write not long ago got waterfall but never built yet i think or something. no view

  I went last Sat and damn, all the kids and some adults had their stinking feets into the water and the water is murky (as compared to when it first opened) trust me. Disgusting, but that's probably intended. The fake beach and all that. Kids were absolutely enjoying it. Loved the deck areas which look like you are on a ship looking out.
