How to do an NUS declaration of non-plagiarism?

Hey, I need some help please.
I am writing an assessed essay and the instructions state that I have to include a declaration of non-plagiarism on the cover page.
However, I have not been able to find any such thing, either online or in IVLE? Anyone knows better? -
looks like NUS still haben train their students to be resourceful enuf

err..is there a prescribed format? Or is it something you just make up?

There is a prescribed format your uni should have provided. It's a sheet where you usually put it before the contents page of your big assignment or thesis. You have to provide your name, student number, address(yes, don't laugh
), and for some cases, your supervising lecturer to sign it. -
Just make a damn trip to your damned school library, and look for theses that past students have completed.

Oh well... I have made one up myself. Doesn't seem to matter TBH - Plagiarism is the last of my problems where this essay is concerned. I will fail it and the only question is by how much. -

Maybe maybe not. I know I signed something. TBH I think the declaration is extraneous. Chances are that when you enrolled, you would have signed up to comply with the University's various policies and rules of conduct.
