hmm.. the process are not complicate compare to regular wine.
The fact is the grapes need to stay on the vine after rippen.. birds makan leaving little left. They are harvest below -10C. Depending on Winery, grapes are press right there, to prevent them from "defrozing". So little juice so price is high lah..
Inniskillin extra high as they cut away grapes on same brunch.. try to concentrate the flavor. few grapes + need to survive the animals + rotting.. cost will be much higher loh..
