Maybe is these few days u are tired or wad? Try getting someone to message ur shoulder or rest or if u have the spare time? Hope it helps

Pain's probably the result of bad posture putting the strain on your neck and shoulder muscles lor. Go consult a Chinese physician for masotherapy and/or accupuncture - ,pre effective than western doctors who probably just prescribe pain killers oni - see I oso know......
For some quick relief, get a warm shower - it helps your muscles relax. Then go lie flat - floor's best and maintain the straight (corpse) position for about 20 minutes.
