  The mthly conservancy also ex 4rm $75-85 and 5 rm $89-99, think Condo better. But still got so many ppl buying.

  The bedrooms are smaller than kovan melody, and I compared the bedrooms of kovan melody with the bedroom studio sets at ikea. So you can roughly guess the size.

  I just bought a new house, 668sq meter. 3 rooms, 2 bath, 1 dining, 1 living room, 2 garage, 1 garden and a swimming pool.. Cost me 500k.. Tampines sounds like a pretty good deal here..

  But you must also consider the fact that it's located in the heartland of Tampines, for the sake of conveniences and that the apartments are fully furnished with quality renovations making it a 'move-in' condition apartment.

  the valuation is actually reasonable, consider the fact that it is fully furnished and renovated, situated in the East side and in Tampines.
  
  I've heard that high floor 3 room flat in Rochor resale value over $300k, and 3 room resale in marine parade direct facing the east coast value at above $200k. High floor 5 room near Tiong Bahru and Zion road resale valuation at about $400 to $500k years ago. But of course these older units which are at least 20 years old are bigger in size.

  wanted to apply but it is too far for us...
  
  the price is okie ..coz bukit merah 5 room also about the same price, somemore comes with renovation done..(although got a chance that u might not like it)...
  
  buy this flat means die die must buy car liao coz our work place in north and town, parents live in the west

  tampines.... is THE place lah.
  
  tampines mall.
  century square.
  IKEA.
  Courts megastore.
  Giant hypermarket.
  
  soon DBS Tampines and Pavilion gonna be demolished to make way for yet another shopping centre.
  
  my brother ballot for this house with his gf. think he didnt get thru. anyway he's still in NTU.
