  last time skirts are below knee length and over time it just gets shorter and shorter till i can't go anymore shorter.
  
  So the only way out of it making it shorter is the top goes lower and lower.
  
  And low-rise panties are just the side effect to it.
  
  trust me.. in future it will go so low that ppl will need brazilian waxing to go that low.
