and i dun think the height and width limit is important tot he relevant authorities and i don't expect it to be for a commercial building.
if it was a HDB then maybe, but for a commercial building they can decide if they want only triangular lorries to pass without cuasing a problem to the public

coz there might be errors here n there due to many reasons be it the architect's, engineer's or contractor...
