  sgforums is owned by jason(correct me if i am wrong)...the website "www.sgforums.com " is primarily based in UK...its just so happen that many singaporeans visit the website sgforums...so singapore government cannot control the website since its not a .sg...
  its like the government has no control wad kind of content singaporeans are gonna see on the internet...nor the government has the power to control wad we can see...yet..simply because the singapore government has no control over sgforums nor wad singporeans choose to view...

  Tt's wise to have the domain registered and site hosted elsewhere...but it's like immorally right to solicit or propagate the idea to singaporeans, knowing that it's against the law for them in SG...

  well, yes and no actually...because gambling is a vice...technically...you shouldn't promote it...but then promote doesn't mean you must choose it...its up to the user...and up to jason as well cos maybe this ad brings in the most sponsership money..
  
  personally i don't agree having this ad here cos they are kids running in the forum...out of curiousity...they might go on and click it...
  even the adults here might get hooked on gambling...which isn't going to be a good thing...
