charcoal and wood hmm.. i wish i had a charcoal stove at home. But my mom refuses to get one cos she says we don't use it often. Charcoal stoves are mighty useful when you need to brew soup or something... -

The food up there in the picture looks messy and gross, cos I was so preoccupied with digging into it that I forgot to take a picture first
They serve the fish and chips in a basket, all dumped in a heap on a piece of paper. You have the option of either chips or fries.
And for sauces, there's either honey dijon or tartare sauce, in generous servings There's also malt vinegar, chilli sauce and ketchup on the tables.
But they don't serve water. -

Some funny things I observed about the place...
There is no kitchen. Or rather, a makeshifty roofy place is what they call kitchen.
The staff there, after receiving money from customers, don't put them into a drawer but in a purse.
And the toilet is WHOA. You open a door and it's completely a different world out there. Toilet is... I don't know, go look yourself -

i've not really tried fish&co except once i had a takeaway... nothing fantastic. but would like to dine in there someday.
