I first sent in the application online, and when I tried to print out the form, the window closed. SO I got the application form from the bank and filled it up again. When I called to check if they received my application 4 days after I mailed it in, the customer service officer said they received it. 2 days later, someone from UOB called me to say they did not receive it. So I had to fax in to expedite the application.
After I faxed in I finally got the card after 2 weeks. But my supp card was still not ready. SO when I went to collect the main card, I submitted a copy of the supp card applicant's IC. One week later, I still have not heard from them. When I called them they claimed they did not receive the photocopy IC. One customer service officer said they did. Some of the customer service officers said they would get back to you but NEVER do. When one called me back after half a day, he asked me what's the IC no. of the supp card applicant (which is such a stupid question 'cuz I just told him in the morning) and never got back to me again.
Three officer stood out from this fiasco. They are Alvin Ngoh, a guy named Mark (who sounded Filipino but he's excellent and put up with my rants) and Sharon Kaur. The rest are hopeless, and there was this guy who sounded like a transvestite who is damn rude.
