  I wanna send my academic credentials for evaluation. And I need help on what the following below means...
  
  Secondary Education
  Required documents:
  
  * Official secondary school certificate or diploma
  * Official external examination results issued by the appropriate examining authority
  * Official secondary school academic transcript, if the purpose of your evaluation is further education
  
  I know what the first one means, but the second and third?

  2nd one might be referring to result documentary proof on examinations taken outside of your secondary school.
  3rd one requires you to submit an official document from your school, stating grades of the subjects that you had taken.

  The second requirement is actually should you have taken any other form of examinations for example like English Language Competency Examination, and it's relevan to what you are applying for, you will need to send...
  
  The third requirement is the need to request from your secondary school for a academic transcript, the transcript is actually a summary of your results obtained for the various subjects through the years of your secondary school studies...

  Ideally they would require your secondary school to compile the transcripts along with your school's letterhead as original copies on top of your report book...

  They should be able to do it... Me done up with my secondary school when me was applying for admission into my Masters program when they required the same thing as you...

  You should have, it's the GCE 'O' Levels Examination certification as it's accrediated by Local Cambridge Examinations Syndicate...

  The first requirement would be implying to your school's testimonials, certificates of conduct and secondary school leaving certificates...
