  ...little graphics, good, simple formatting, easy editing, easy posting, neat and tidy. Thats y i prefer sgforums over others like stomp and vr-zone...and load fast also

  i like it cos it's simple and neat.
  Most impt to me is the background and overall colour. I hate sites that is too colourful, the moment you load it up you see big pile of bright red, orange yellow.....
  i prefer to see more black/white/grey. More comfortable for my eyes.

  Because phpBB is easy to use. Try Invision and you will know it. VR-Zone uses a modified version of Invision if I'm not wrong.
  
  phpBB codes and Invision codes are like HTML and XHTML codes. HTML can anyhow write and the browser will display correctly. Try this on XHTML and you see nothing and even errors.
