  take until eunos, then take bus 13. alight at marine terrace after tao nan school. mcd underpass is right behind the HDB carpark.
  
  401 is only available on weekends from bedok int.
  
  marine terrace can also be reached with bus 16 (orchard, somerset, dhoby ghaut, city hall) and 196 (raffles place).

  there is an underpass somewhere near the NTUC around parkway parade area.

  yup. tat one leads to west of marine cove/mcd.

  There also a underpass behind Mandarin gardens condominium.. leading to Costa Sand Chalet and the seafood restaurent there.
