  Ferry ticket are available oni Bintan Ferry Resort... departs from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal... could book online or go there and buy..

  As for place to stay.. the island is split into 2 distinct resort areas...the Nirwana Gardens area and Club Med Area.. .. to book hotel.. suggest to go to this website to look for Bintan hotel (it's place under Singapore)..
