  i tot can learn something form them, but their work culture is different, and they spend more time backstabbing and politicking, i got a little peeved and stopped watching that show

  Ya, all those type of reality shows like to pit people agaist each other.
  
  Survivor...lie, backstab.
  
  The Apprentice....same.
  
  Love Island....same.
  
  Alot.....no fight then nothing to sell.
