Hmm, were FI and Ah Nic the original shareholders of what is now Jeyel Group, and therefore given ban power?
Also, why was Nick34 later appointed admin ahead of CenturionMBT? The latter joined first and has shown himself to be Most Impartial. -

As far as i know, JCGirls was hosted on publicly available hosting sites. These are mostly from countries with privacy laws. So what happened was that Singaproeans email those hosting sites to tell them about the site. The hosting company just shut down the website stating that not only it is illegal it is "immoral".
However, if anyone in Singapore tries to sue, they won't win. Because no actual laws are broken.
What JCGirls did was to migrate from sites to site... then somehow SGGIrls and SGForums are founded and eventually Jeyel hosted them.
But Jeyel was sued before about 2-3 years back for infringing copyrights.
Maybe FI or Jase will tell you more about this. -

AS far as i know, there is one other person 22nd Oct 1999.
But i am VERY sure there are ppl before this date.
