service at Haagen-daz (siglap)

my girlfriend and I like to eat ice-cream at night....
thefore, at east coast, Haagen-daz at Siglap seems to be the only choice..
we go there almost once every 2 weeks...for the past 6 months...
i would rate the service level of this shop 'Bad'......
there have many workers in the shop.. but most of them don't work....
even you just come in, they pretend they don't see.. or expect another guy to serve you...
anyone has the same opinion on this shop? -
i called to reserve a tub of baileys
went there 15mins before closing to pick it up
no one gave me attitude
and i no lao sai after eating the ice cream -

they are fine when you talk to them...
but you will sit there for 10 minutes, nobody takes care of you....
one person runs here and there to serve people while another 6 workers stand stilll and do nothing... (i guess this is called job specialization gua) -
This kind of service is very normal what
. just eat ur ice-cream and go. don't let bad service affect one's enjoyment of ice-cream....yummy yummy -
i sit down and eat at HV one.....quite ok leh
frenly service
only slow in bringing bill to me......
assplanade one service very good -
bring your complains to Pinedale Trading, head office is above Hard Rock Cafe

i agree the rest of branchs are fine with me... but these branches closed at night... i mean after 9-10pm...
if i can find a haagan-daz shop open until 12 midnight, i definitely will not come to this siglap branch anymore.... -

only this haagen-daz shop in the entire singpaore open late....
if there is another shop open, this shop sure closed down one..... regular customer like me... sure not going 1. -
Last time I work at the thaixpress there, I saw the HD outlets got a lot of chiobus working in there.
They always wink at me while Im serving customers who are sitting outside... -

good service is expected to be included in the price..
say, you go for hotel buffet. bad service is given, as typical singaporean, you complain, then the manager says "our buffer price doesn't include good service".. -
To even begin with, you must be nice and polite as a customer. Do not put on airs.
Naturally, the servers will reciprocate your good intention. It's usually as simple as that.
Those who worked as servers before will definitely get what I mean. -
