  What happeend to these boutique shops which were commonly found ten yrs back at Ochard?

  i have looked some are there but the boutiques are spread out , fewer,are not as vibrant before. Before they were liek al clustered together .

  Singapore is only this big by this big, I don't think their target market shops at sunplaza or lot 1 lor. How come Mont Blanc don't open one branch at Heartland Kovan mall huh? My kilometrico pen ran out of ink just now, I need a new pen.
