lost temper during work

  how many of u have reach the breaking point and did something to vent yr anger during work. almost all my collegue(girls) had cried before.

  I almost did last nitz at work.... close to blow my top....
  
  Coz my work requires heavy involvement of casual labours.... but 12 of them fly aeroplane last nitz... running a heavy shortage of staff....
  
  Moreover, all my colleagues are so selfish and irresponsible, yet still gt guts to scold ppl ard....
  
  Almost wanted to blow my top, slap them, and throw my name tag at my boss... telling him "I WANA RESIGN!!!"
  
  Heng i manage to control tat temptation.... feeling is sux....

  more than a decade ago i f a line supervisor, an assistant factory manager and argued with a japanese factory manager.

  I don't. Its not very professional to lose your temper. If I'm really that close to losing my patience, I'll just walk away for a while, to somewhere quiet, take a few deep breaths and then calm down...

  in my previous job sometimes very pek chek really feel like throwing in the towel and take my resignation letter to slap the jiao bin of my boss, but managed to keep it in check bcos I need the job to pay mortgages,...so I end up f the suppliers loh, f them upside down even to the point of being unreasonable. But since my company quite important so can get away with lots of things and the suppliers hve to kowtow to us.
  
  I sometimes pity the suppliers but, who pity me then ? sigh.
