  There's no animation on the first one. If you see it as a whole... yes.. it looks like it's moving but look at one of the hippy circles... it's not.
  
  Moreover Jpeg images do not animate like gif animations.

  not moving la..
  when u concentrate hard it seems like still..but if u move your eyes left and right it seems like moving..
  basic science,because the eye needs time to relay what it sees to what it precepts.this lapse in timing creates moving images like..especially in iddentical object and backgrounds..i think

  I look at the picture leftwards 90 degrees and saw a crocodile with nostils, teeth and etc in the lower right instead of a tree if look at the picture in the usual way.

  lol, by just a glance, you will see the first pic moving.
  
  Concentrating on just one spot and you will notice it is not moving, but then the rest of the pic is. lol. you sicked?

  its not moving
