Bringing ur laptop crossing the checkpoint

I intend to go Malaysia tml for a short trip, and I thinking of bringing my laptop along. But when I return to Singapore checkpoint, will I need to switch on my laptop for them to check my content? If like tis I think like very "ma fang" like tat?

No need lar, what's there to check? I know they're bo liao, but that's ridiculous.

They will probably ask you to take the laptop out of your bag and then put it through the scanners...

Depends on the ICA officer at the clearance counters on or not lor... Just gamble with your luck lah if you really need to tranverse your laptop across the causeway...

u might not believe but if u were ever caught for bringing pirated DVD's, wat will happen is:
- they will be confiscated from u and sent to censorship board
- once they have passed the censors, they will tiap green sticker and u pay a processing fee of $1.80 per disc
as long as it's not porn. -

i always kana caught for piracted dvd and games.
the uncle juz shooed me away.
only time kana was i brought a box of chewies over. den they ignored my stash of movies and destroyed my gum.
