President Bush decides he's in charge of space

  It reminds me of the businessman in 'The Little Prince'
  
  Just because no one own the stars, the businessman claims the stars to be his. Likewise, Bush is saying, since no one owns space, let it 'police' it ... Where is the country that symbolises democracy moving to?
