  if u want to further ur acc career...go big 4....they pay for ur ACCA exams....give u study leave also....work 4-6 yrs....hit 4-5k....stagnant.... then go SME be finance manager or financial controller....and if they get listed....u get to be CFO? with share options??...depends on luck.... i said stagnant coz partners are already selectively groomed even before u go into big 4....e.g. 1st class acc degree frm NTU? SMU? foreign uni? etc.......
