Problem: Browser suddenly closes without a trace suddenly. Happened a few times already.

System: Windows XP. Started PC out of hibernation. Anti-everything running.

Cause/ Solution: ?

Oh mine too.
I have to open task mgr and close firefox.exe before I can use it again.....

i'm using the same? but never had that issue before? did you kinda open new links on an extra firefox browser or you just open them in tabs?

i've known some issues that when u open 2-3 firefox windows, it kinda lags your system or cause the firefox to crash sometimes

my ff browser on a typical day has about 4 tabs open....
At most I will open about 10 tabs.

Yup, come to think of it, it only happens when i've more than 1 firefox window open. multiple tabs never caused any problems.

tabs is alright.. i mean you smultenously open and run 3-4 new firefox browser window
