  What would you do, if one day, you find out that guy you are attached with has a sexual preference for the same sex?
  
  Would you still believe him if he tells you he still loves you just that he has a sexual preference for guys?

  Sure. Tons of people these days are bisexual anyway. Heck, I'm bisexual myself.

  No, bisexual or not is not the point. A person who is gay can also develop feelings for the opposite sex, except that he doesnt get arouse by the opposite sex.
  
  So in this case, the person is homosexual but loves a person of the opposite sex.
