  You should have the USB port to phone port transfer wire. You got it second hand and you don't have the CD? You need the CD or you can't use the Disc2Phone function.

  u can download the software/usb drivers from sony ericsson website, go to their product support page.
  
  if u dun have the usb cable provided, u can use bluetooth to create a serial connection to your computer.

  get a multi card reader, take out the memmory stick from the phone and transfer all the files you want into the memmory stick. You should be able to access the files after you put back the memmory stick.
