High commission but if no sales no $$... got to eat grass... Like example Insurance and real estate.... companies who those who can't make sales would eat grass but good pay if can make sales...

they have a perm job which provide them steady income liao....
they want more money but no need put in a lotta time and effort kind so do MLM, insurance, e-biz, etc
