more trees

i think that goverment can plant more trees if possible as the other inconsiderate countries are making our air condition worse and worse. for example , the road barrier can be substistude by trees , which saves materials and also helps keep the air clean. althought singapore have tons of trees already , but look around and u can find many empty patches of land unused. maybe the leaders can plans for them but if there is no uses for them , they can actually plant more trees. one great place which i think is possible is the top of low building like Multi story carparks. although it seems useless but we should do our best to conserve nature.i wonder what others think...

I appreciate ur concern towards the environment. However the road barrier u mentioned is there for a purpose; its call VIG (Vehicle Impact Guardrail). And i think majority of newer Multi story carparks have incoporated a roof top garden. The arts & design school in NTU has got grass turf on top too. Planting on the roof will also help lower the room temperature within -

Trees are also a great hazzard ya know, there are many cases of fallen trees on the road during heavy thunderstorms.
