The premise of this trick is simple. The use of cups and balls in magic is an age old trick dating way back to the origins of magic. Past magicians were measured by their ability to impress with these simple props, and this timeless classic has continued in tradition until now, making it a must-do performance of every sleight-of-hand magician's repertoire. Yet, the effect never ceases to amaze.
There are many different routines involving cups and balls, each one greatly different from one another. The one I'll be revealing will be the one from Michael Ammar and Dai Vernon, the Magician's Magician.
Note that the video also features some other sleight-of-hand at the beginning, which is truly amazing. I'll not be covering them to save time, but it helps if you view the video over and over again.
