  if you works overtime and your comapny give you 2 choices of 'compansation' to choose from -- OT pay or day off -- which one would you choose?

  OT. But sad most superiors prefer their staffs to take replacement off days rather than 1.5x rate OT

  i would rather have OT pay cause got $$$ and you can enjoy yourself when you earn the money. Unlike off which is only short term enjoy
