How to track down celebrities?

If celebs come to Spore, how do we get inside info such as which hotels they are staying in etc?? Flight timings etc?
Il Divo is performg in January and their promoter is a HK company, hence, no so-called 'lobangs' for me to dig for inside info.
How,how,how? Any idea how can I track celebs down??
