  use super glue and then stick those metal stuff on the teeth. then the doctor will put a wire over your teeth.

  i dun really understand yr second question. but depending on the alignment of your teeth, if really no space for the blocked teeth, you can extract it. after extraction, you can push in the teeth, hence closing up the gaps if you have extracted other teeth.

  I tink for the teeth stuck in gum one, is called tiger teeth or Hu Yan, celebrities like Xu Ru Yun is famous for her tiger teeth
  
  Can be pushed down one, just that takes longer time
  
  FOr overcrowing, they will remove one pre molar la, and slowly push the teeth into formation using braces

  the moulds and photos taken are to show u the difference b/w the before and after braces..
  
  someone commented that my teeth seems more protruding after i had braces, because i had an overbite problem, meaning my upper jaw is smaller than lower and needs to put on a metal piece on the roof of my mouth to expand the jaw..
  
  so i told my doc, i felt my teeth more protruding.. he immediately showed me the mouding of my teeth before braces.. haha. u compare and u'll know that my fren is wrong! and braces did move my teeth in and much neater!

  my friend asked his dentist to let him wear for a few mths before taking out, even when the braces can be taken out already.
