Wedding dinner assistance required

  My wedding dinner is in Jan and I'm a mess! Pls help!
  
  Does anybody know where I can
  
  1. rent a small car like a mini cooper or a beetle?
  2. find someone to do the car decor?
  3. get a photographer and a videographer for the actual day at a reasonable fee?
  4. get lots of cheap pink and purple balloons and rent helium tank?

  Well, we've got a very tight budget, that's why we're handling things by ourselves.

  for photographer, you can try asking for a quotation from the experts at clubsnap forums...most of the experts are gathered there.

  for decoration/stuff within a hotel if you are holding your banquet there... you can talk to the hotel for them to take care of this.
  
  for outside of hotel, you can get a wedding planner, event planner. just do a search on google and you will see many. of course you can get them to talk to the hotel regarding the decoration too. so it's based on the package you want.

  U got a wedding package from a bridal shop?
  
  4. Go to any shop that sells party things...they should sell balloons and helium...can get ribbons from there too and DIY on the bridal car...

  For beetle, try the beetle clubs in Singapore. Do a serach online lah.
  
  Balloons and helium tank not cheap.
  
  Decorate your car? Easy lah. Get your g/fs. try to use the same theme for your bouquet lah. Remember, sash, flowers, wires, ribbons.

  Go find some bridal shop that provides full package one ba.. everything do swee swee for you, you just have to sit back, relax and pay the money
