  I'm impressed he could drag the interview on for 3 hours, piss that I have to sit thru a 3 hour interview.

  interviewer handphone ring and he never put on silence pick up phone answer...i thought its basic manners to switch off mobile phones during interview or put them on silent and return the call later? so emploers no need to show respect to job applicants lah?
