Because dentistry and orthodontry are different you know.
Braces can do at any age one.

ntu or nus(i dunno which)...by dental students. i have seen them posting before at a forum to look for guinea pigs. they are guided by their professors during the braces treatment.
another option is to go ubi dental clinic. i heard it is cheap there, hence popular with students. you can get braces as low as $2000++ onwards.

I am nt that bother abt the total cost coz i noe usually is ard 3-4k standard for most
the thing that bothers me is the initial payment lor
i can come out with 600-800 at most
but if ask me come out 1.5k (like QnM price) besides extraction and x-ray
i realli cant afford so much -
