  does anyone know how to
  
  for example when i scroll down row 1 will still come down....meaning can see
  row1 but row 2...3...4....will be gone when i keep scrolling...

  Using of the "Freeze Panes" function under "Window" selection.
  
  If you're just thinking of holding just the top bar, you can click on the 2nd row first cell and select "Freeze Panes"
