Cooling Tea

Recently alot of people kena sore throat and fever.....any cooling tea which u usually drink?
for me i will use the cup-form Ling Yang....its very cooling and not advisable to gulp down more than 1 cup per day. -

I always drink those like water cooling drink. Something like Chinese Medical Water or cooling water.
