13nov 5pm to 8pm Bras Basah & Raffles boulevard Road closure

  if u drive or walk pass the streets of orchard, the stretch of road towards suntec, on the lamps u will see bright coloured signs put up saying on 13th nov traffic congestion expected from 5pm to 8pm. Anyone knows why?
  
  Moving down further at City Hall, there's another sign saying 13th nov 5pm to 11pm road closure at Raffles Boulevard due to dunno wat link bridge thing, singapore flyers project... so wat's this all bout?

  so are they gonna move the big pieces of metal thrust thru the road? like those u see on National Geographic Channel and Discovery Channel, Megamoves lol... so shld be a spectacular sight?

  Beats me, their official website seems to have stopped updates in september 30th.

  Because revenue from ERP charges for ECP fell below target in the month of october. So to meet the quota, people avoiding those areas that day have to use the ECP with the revised increased ERP charges.

  this ferris wheel one of the biggest... maybe will film. Megastructure and Megamoves.. love watchnig these shows..

  secondly, the singapore flyer project, linking of some link bridge, happens to be on same day... anyone who went pass raffles boulevard and saw the sign can confirm this?
