The egg lah. Mutation occurs during the formation of the zygote. So the egg must come first.

everything relates to where and when the universe come about. how did it end up to evolve mutate and now we have so many organic material and lifeforms and planets? are there more out there?
this is the paradox that can be an endless probe if humans want to find the truth..the truth is far away back in time many millions and zillions of light years ...we may even have to relate back to the very start and dawn of time herself if we want the truth
WW2 may be a memory to us now but if humans were still to be in existence zillions of years later, WW2 might have been forgotten then -
