Safe to walk on Orchard Rd during Chirstmas/New Year?

Is it safe for females to walk on Orchard Rd during eve of Christmas/Christmas or even eve of NY/NY...?
I remembered last year got news reports of foreign workers at Orchard Rd spraying those faux snow spray bottles, and when they walk pass a young girl, they spray their faces. Now not only do the girls get sprayed, they get molested too.
If you are considering to get to Orchard Rd to celebrate Christmas or New Year, do not be surprise to see our own Orchard Rd packed with foreign workers
and think twice if you are a female!!! -
