  i think cambridge the name has more value than wadever Ngee Ann, Nanayang, Republic poly.

  i went thru overseas unis application booklets b4 and they will specify what qualifications needed for people from each country
  
  under sg they will specify what courses under which poly will give you exemptions or to qualify for certain programs
