  to bleach, buy the cream developer 9% at least, mix with hair bleach powder and apply. Use aluminium foil to cover the bleach area. Do not let the mixture touch your scalp. You may try this home DIY hair bleaching at your sole discretions and liabilites if your hair quality cannot tahan the strong bleach, it may become fizzy.
