What is AV? Audio Visual? You're talking about some kind of electronics manufacturing sector?
Anyway, not all Japanese women are pretty. I learnt this when I was a kid when I watched alot of American movies and thought all Americans are good looking. Of course, only the good looking ones are chosen to appear in movies and become actors/ actresses. -
