Please check back when you read up more on the subject that is being lampooned or had his mickey taken out of him.
This is not malicious intent, and there is a large difference between malicious intent and fair comment on a public figure. The subject is an American citizen who happens to be a public institution in what is known as body politic, and what have you not. So let's not waste a nice workday debating on the limits of Constitutional protection in America shall we?
