  frankly speaking, y not do it in the states? i believe the artists over there r more pro..
  the price of a tattoo will depends on the size n the design. if the edsign u have in mind is a rather small n simple one, $150-$250 should b enough. oso have to depend on the artist n the shop.

  Most of the ppl who tattoo names or initials later regret it.
  bec. bf and gf are usually not permanent.
  
  Just tattoo a heart, and leave it open for anyone.
