Received an email notifying me that I have outstanding payment, and that it's
late, but when I entered the school I submitted a GIRO form!!
They didn't send me any letter saying that the GIRO didn't go through.
So I emailed them yesterday:
Hi,
I received the email below and would like to clarify if my payment is though GIRO? I believe I submitted the GIRO form when I entered the school last year.
Then one of the staff emailed me back awhile ago:
Dear XXXX
Our records show that you have an outstanding amount of $ XXX still owing to the University. For details of the outstanding amount, please login to (website) and click the link under Account to “Statement of Account”.
Kindly settle the outstanding amount by next Friday, 24 Nov 2006. Should you fail to do so, we will place an administrative hold on you and this matter will be brought to the SchoolÂ’s attention.
Payment can be made / sent to our office located at (school address) by any of the following modes : -
§ Cheque - to be made payable to "School Name" with your name and student no. written on the back of the cheque.
§ Credit Card - to send in the duly completed attached form OR come personally to our Office.
§ Nets or Cash - to be paid at Office of Finance.
Note : Those who are currently on GIRO will need to settle the outstanding with one of the above payment modes. No GIRO deduction will be effected.

So irritating right?! And she didn't even answer my question!! The way she reply, it's like I refuse to pay lor!

Argh!! Donno why I pay such high school fees.
Just needed to vent.
