  It's opp Fortune Ctr, very close to the cross junction of Middle Rd and Waterloo St. Keep a lookout for the small sign that directs you to the Secret Garden. The place is not all that fantastic... Some bamboos..old looking furniture..Menu doesn't seem all that fantastic.
