  Can grow lah.... no problem at all. Just have to pay all those Taxes the govt will make you pay lor. In the end, still pays too much

  I think You can grow it at the NUS garden.. big enough for the tobacco plant and your processing factory.. What you want to sell yr cigarettes in what brand?
