The idea of banning one IP address will affect maybe about 4 person, in the same vicinity or in the same block of flats. -

There's one time I had to email Singnet to disconnect lots of PCs from the Net because they are attacking me. My firewall was prompting me the minute I connected to the Net. The attacker was clever enough to actually control a whole lot of Singnet users PCs and attack me. All in one day. -
