Short and muscular looks weird?

I came across this comment that if the guy is short(<1.70m) and muscular,it is better that he be lean rather than muscular. Coz if he is bulky,he will look weird....

im 14 and im ard 174cm -
if short and very bulky, then they are stout looking, of cse abit funny...esp the way they walk...makes them look even shorter..really! no offence to any body builder
